Karen Klein is a dedicated member of the sales team for Slifer Smith and Frampton's Greenwood Village project, The Landmark.
Karen is an accomplished professional with demonstrated leadership in high-touch client relationships. Her last project prior to The Landmark was a huge success selling over $135M in real estate in 2012 at the Four Seasons Private Residences Denver. Prior to getting her real estate license in 2007, her background included Account Management, Sales, Marketing and Recruiting. Many of those years were supporting technology companies like IBM and Sybase, and two of those years were spent abroad in Tokyo, Japan.
Karen attended Creighton University in Omaha, NE and received a BSBA in Management Information Systems. She is a Colorado licensed real estate associate broker.
Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Brad cultivated his passion for land development studying Landscape Architecture at the University of Georgia. He parlayed his education into a successful real estate career, beginning with the planning and development of The Idaho Club in Sandpoint, ID. From there, he led the complete sellout of the Four Seasons Private Residences in downtown Denver as well as the marketing and sales of One Ski Hill Place in Breckenridge.
At East West Partners, Brad is now part of the bigger team responsible for bringing fundamental residential developments to life downtown and beyond, including the rebranding and full sellout of The Landmark in Greenwood Village.
A resident of Denver's Highlands neighborhood, he is a member of the Downtown Denver Leadership Program, adding his experience to the dynamic mix of young folks working to shape the future of downtown Denver.
In his free time you'll find Brad rooting for his beloved Wildcats, hunting for Denver's best brunch, skiing, playing golf, fly fishing and hanging with his better halves: Jen, the girlfriend and Doc & Charlie, their four-legged children.
